Driving around the eastside of Indianapolis I spotted some unfamiliar signs.
The sign read, “Plz Dnt Txt N Drv” in full virtual grammar. Grammer most text-ers would understand more easily.
The signs are Indiana’s attempt to warn drivers from the dangers of cell phone usage while driving.
Nearby state Illinois passed a law banning text messages while driving last year.
While Indiana jumped on the band wadgon adopting the legislation as well.
If drivers are caught texting they will be pulled over and fined.
Texting could cost big bucks and thats not just to cell phone company’s.
Drivers be aware of the new legislation, cost and penalties.
