Worker’s rights are being enforced when it comes to filing a lawful complaint.
Deanna Clause including 63 total complainants were awarded nearly 2.8 million; when a Missouri court ruled in favor of the companies employees.
The judge ruled on June 1, 2016 against Prime Trucking with the initial lawsuit was filed in September of 2013.
Prime was accused of having discriminatory policies against female employee training, in addition to employment opportunities for advancement.
Prime was found to have violated there employees right based on there gender.
This is a win for precedent for employees and labor rights in the United States.
