Coffee drinking linked to lower depression in women

Coffee drinkers everywhere may be surprised to know the latest findings on regular coffee consumption.

Reuters recently announced a new study that shows women who drink an average of four cups of coffee a day have a lower risk of depression.

The findings suggest that coffee drinkers were less likely over their lifetime to experience depression.

The study found a higher activeness of the brain when consuming a ‘cup of Joe’ routinely.

Women who drink more than four cups had a much lower risk.
